We understand that from time to time you, the customer, may not be 100% happy, and on that very odd occassion you may want to log a complaint. We are here to listen.
Our team takes all complaints very seriously and any complaints that we receive are fully investigated and entered in our complaints log, which is inspected by the appropriate association every year to ensure that we have satisfied the complaint.
